• Standard Duty
Our most space efficient duty. Short rod bearing and thin piston design.
Available as single or double rod end.

• Intermediate Duty (Half Husky®)
A combination of our standard and Heavy duty. long rod bearing and thin
piston, designed for medium duty service. Available as single or double
rod end.

• Heavy Duty (Full Husky)
Longer rod bearing plus longer piston. Designed for heavy-duty services.
Available as single or double rod end.

Work Holding

• Grippers
Pneumatically operated Compact Grippers are offered in sizes ranging
from ½" to 8" bores.Angular and parallel Jaw grippers are simple durable
devices for industrial automation.

• Intensifiers
CI series Compact Intensifiers are simple generic boosters that utilize
a large pneumatic piston to intensify oil pressure with a smaller piston.
The Product range includes 24 models. All are designed to be highly
space efficient and low weight.

• Twist Cylinder
Compact Pneumatic twist cylinders are linear motion compact cylinders
with an internal cam that provides 90 deg swing motion.

• Collet Closers
Collets are used worldwide in the metalworking industry for their high
accuracy and high output gripping of tools and work pieces. Compact
Automation Products has chosen 3 popular collet sizes: 1C, 3C and
5C to design our space efficient collet fixtures around.

• Pin-Act
The Non-rotating Pin-Act is used in many automotive applications, but
primarily as a welding shot pin cylinder. The minimal deflection and high
repeatability makes this product ideal for all pin locating applications.

GC2000 series guided cylinders outperform conventional non-rotating
cylinders. The GC2000 is designed for short stroke, limited space
applications where a cylinder is needed that guides and supports its
own load.GC2000 series cylinders are designed for both torsion and
direct side load.

GC3000 and 4000 series guided air cylinders are highly space efficient
devices designed to bridge the gap between expensive ball bearing
slides and zero load bearing non rotating cylinders.

Multi Act's integrated motion actuators have an output shaft which
produces both linear and rotary motions may be operated independently
and simultaneously. Multi-act is available in three family sizes.
