Miniature FRL Series

Watts FluidAir's 14 Series complete miniature FRL line features complete filter coalescer, regular, lubricator and Piggyback F/R units. Combination units are available in the FRL line along with multiple bowl, drain and spring options. The piston operated regulator offers durability and long life.

Dial Regulators are available in four body sizes with port offerings ranging from ј" through 2". These regulators feature a transparent, pressure-calibrated, non-rising adjustment dial for quick adjustment of secondary pressure. Traditional gauges are not required for this regulator. Pressure ranges can be dialed in less than 270° of the dial rotation. This feature is particularly advantageous if the secondary pressure must be changed frequently. Gauge ports are included but are usually used for additional outlet ports.

Watts electronic regulators feature a high-visibility LED display with easy to read characters. All the controls are on the same face and are compact and lightweight. Regulators also offer user friendly and easily accessable software.

• Shut Off Valves
Isolate downstream equipment with 3-Way lockable shut off valve. Complies with OSHA Standard 29 CFR Part 10. Vented to relieve downstream pressure in off position.

• Particulate Filters
Deflector plate ensures maximum water removal while particulate element eliminates damaging foreign matter.

Injection Lubricators

In many cases, conventional air line lubricators cannot supply adequate lubrication to tools, cylinders, etc. This is due to many factors such as long distances between tool and lubricator, intermittent flow, and complex piping. Parker/Watts Injection Lubricators are designed to deliver precise amounts of oil directly to the point of lubrication as required. To ensure proper lubrication, our injection lubrication products and accessories are available to cover a wide range of applications.
