Filters, Regulators & Lubricators
Maximatic FRLs condition and prepare compressed air for use in
fluid power systems. Pneumatic applications with properly conditioned
air will operate longer, cost less and improve system efficiency.
Clippard offers five different sizes from #10-32 to 1 NPT of Filter,
Regulators, Lubricators and combination units. Their modular design
and interconnecting brackets provide flexibility and facilitates
simple field installation and/or modification.

Maximatic
Solenoid & Air Piloted Valves
Clippard Solenoid Valves are available in two-way, three-way and
four-way configurations in port sizes from #10-32 to 1/2 NPT. Select
either a direct-acting poppet or solenoid-controlled pilot operated
balanced spool design. Spool valves are body ported but can be bolted
to a parallel circuit manifold.
Clippards Maximatic Air Pilot Valves are available in three- and
four-way configurations in port sizes from #10-32 thread to 1/2
NPT. They are spool type valves with single or double air pilots
with pressure ranges from 0 to 150 psig. Some of the many features
of the valve include small size, high flow and extremely competitive
pricing. |

Smart Couplings
Smart Couplings can enable you to automatically identify fluid
products and their characteristics and capture data from point
of origin through point of use. This is done by transmitting data
stored on the package insert or fluid delivery line and transferring
that information across the coupling before the two halves are
connected.

Isonic
MOD 3
The heart of the Isonic® concept is its patented “Half
Shell”, design. Composed of two mirror image halves, Isonic®
allows its flow channels and internal component compartments to
be designed directly into these molded body sections. Assembly
is achieved by simply inserting the various valve elements into
their corresponding “half-shell” pockets. Internal
components are easily positioned to make optimal use of space.
The valve is completed by ultrasonically welding the two valve
segments, creating a strong bond and hermetic seal. This design
totally eliminates the need for fasteners, adhesives, gaskets
and inserts.

SLAM
DUNK®
SLAM DUNK® is a high performance control, which is easy to
master in minutes. Set up consists of following the prompts on
the 80-character display and entering simple parameters by pressing
the four control buttons. These buttons are password protected
to prevent unauthorized changes. Test programs can be linked to
run sequentially for parts requiring multiple tests. The test
is started by manually or remotely activating the start button.
A typical test consists of fill, dwell, and snapshot, compare
and depressurize cycles. A bright red or green LED indicates results
of the completed test with +24 sourcing output provided for PLC. |

FLUSH-FACE,
NON-SPILL QUICK COUPLER
Cooling hot power amplifiers, base stations, and other temperature-sensitive
tele-communications equipment with a liquid is many times more
efficient than cooling with air. But the potential for spills,
which can damage expensive equipment and disrupt service, is one
of several reasons why air cooling with rotary fans is currently
the prevailing method.
Although flush-face, non-spill couplers exist, the trade-off for
no spills is typically a restriction of cooling fluid flow within
the coupling. The valves, seals, and springs that make a coupling
non-spill physically block the path and decrease the flow. |
